Kraftees Collegetown does offer a return policy for textbooks at the beginning of each semester.  The return policy varies semester to semester and does have it's limitations.  These limitations are set so that used books are available to students who are enrolled in their course and plan on keeping the textbook.  If you do plan on returning a textbook please return it as soon as possible, to ensure that students who enrolled in the course have access to used and new textbooks they need

All dates refered to on online purchases are from DATE OF PURCHASE not date of pickup.

Books purchased BEFORE JANUARY 23rd: 5 days beginning with date of purchase

Books purchased JANUARY 23rd & AFTER can be returned until

Friday JANUARY 27th  by  6:00 pm.
* All Textbooks returned after AUGUST 30TH  will be bought back for the
price listed in our TEXTBOOK BUYING GUIDE.

* NEW BOOKS *
Must be in new/resellable condition
Price sticker must be intact
Shrinkwrap & Bundled packages cannot be returned once opened

Packages must have all components that they were sold with

* USED BOOKS *
Price sticker must be intact
Bundled packages must contain all pieces: study guides, cds, etc...
If you do not like the quality of your used book we will be happy to exchange
it for a better copy if available.

*RENTAL BOOKS*
Price sticker must be intact
Same rules apply as if you purchased the book new or used
