RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Kraftees.com wants you to be happy with the purchase you make on our site. If you are unsatisfied with your product you can return or exchange it hassle free for up to 30 days from purchase. Merchandise can be returned by mail or by stopping into our store in Collegetown in Ithaca, NY. All items must be returned in new sell-able condition with tags still attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable on exchanges or returns.
