Where are you located and what are your hours?
Our store is located at 262 West Seneca Street, Oswego, NY 13126. Our hours of operation are:
- Monday thru Friday - 10AM to 5PM
- Saturday - 11AM to 5PM
- Sunday - 11AM to 3PM
What about Returns or Exchanges?
Kraftees.com wants you to be happy with the purchase you make on our site. If you are unsatisfied with your product you can return or exchange it hassle free for up to 30 days from purchase. Merchandise can be returned by mail or by stopping into our store in Oswego, NY. All items must be returned in new sell-able condition with tags still attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable on exchanges or returns.
Kraftees.com does not share are customers personal data with any other entity and never will. Your personal data will never be used for any other reason other than to complete your transaction.
How do you ship my items?
All orders will ship out within 2 business days via shipping methods selected at checkout. Please allow standard delivery times. International shipping is not currently available.
